All transactions must be initiated by the verified account holder. We may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Pending transactions may be held for security review.
RX24 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect payment details supplied by you, blockchain network delays, or third-party payment processor failures.
5. Games & Fair Play
Games offered on RX24, including but not limited to Fortune Wheel and Picture Prediction, operate according to published rules and displayed multipliers. Outcomes are determined by our certified random systems at the time each round is resolved.
You agree not to exploit software bugs, use bots, collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity. We may void bets and forfeit balances associated with prohibited conduct.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently close your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be returned subject to verification and applicable fees.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
